Have You Experienced Unauthorized Charges Through PayPal?

I am one of what appears to be a significant number of PayPal customers who have experienced unauthorized charges involving a PayPal debit or ATM card, followed by difficulty recovering the disputed funds.

I have encountered many people reporting remarkably similar experiences during the same general time period. I do not know whether these incidents are connected, but the number and similarity of these reports raise questions that I believe deserve serious investigation.

I am collecting the names, email addresses, and a brief description of what happened to people who have experienced similar problems.

If enough people come forward, my intention is to approach an attorney who may be interested in reviewing these cases collectively and determining whether further investigation or legal action is appropriate.
